AND, you can make it hot simply by heating it up or adding hot water (or milk) to it. Lattes, espressos, Americanos....all up to you. You can brew it for 8 -12 hours, depending on how strong you want it to be.

That is so true. I noticed coffee shops in Denver will sell you "Toddy-style" iced coffee...and my friends and I are cold-brewing coffee every day at work. Good call.

Well, it's cold brewed coffee. Less acidic, stronger than traditional hot-brewed coffee. Tasty.
